About the Role

Are you passionate about retail and thrive on leading and coaching teams? We are looking for someone to manage a Rituals boutique in Berlin Gesundbrunnen. As the Store Manager, you will lead a team of approximately 5 to 10 members with dedication and enthusiasm.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations including cashier reconciliations and inventory management, adhering to our retail standards.
• Make strategic decisions to enhance sales performance and customer experience, including KPI management and sales promotion initiatives.
• Recruit, coach, and inspire your team, recognizing individual strengths and fostering personal growth through new responsibilities.
• Develop strategies for increasing revenue while maintaining team motivation and customer satisfaction.
• Build lasting customer relationships by remembering faces and preferences, creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Represent the brand professionally by paying attention to every detail and maintaining a polished appearance.

Candidate Profile

• At least 3 years of experience in leadership roles combined with at least 3 years working in retail, hospitality, or cosmetics sectors.
• Flexible availability including willingness to work early and late shifts as well as weekends.
• Strong interpersonal skills coupled with a business-oriented mindset.
• Ability to balance multiple tasks, from coaching the team to supporting sales on the floor.
