La Mont Perfume is an emerging fragrance and perfume brand aiming to broaden its market footprint throughout Gujarat and India by establishing retail outlets, expanding distributor networks, and leveraging B2B sales platforms.

Job Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly assistance.
• Recommend and demonstrate perfume products effectively.
• Meet and strive to exceed sales objectives.
• Manage billing procedures and payment processing.
• Maintain accurate stock levels and organize displays.
• Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the store.
• Promote ongoing offers and newly launched products.
• Prepare and submit daily sales reports.
• Adhere to store opening and closing protocols.
• Take preventive measures against stock loss and damage.

Candidate Eligibility and Requirements

Both freshers and experienced candidates are invited to apply. Prior experience in sectors such as perfume, cosmetics, FMCG, beauty products, personal care, or retail sales is advantageous.

• Good communication and customer handling skills.
• Competency in sales techniques including upselling and cross-selling.
• Knowledge of billing systems and POS operation.
• Basic computer proficiency and inventory management capabilities.
• Professional appearance and grooming.
• Ability to solve problems, work collaboratively, and manage time efficiently.
• Proficiency in Gujarati and Hindi; basic understanding of English.

The position is based at La Mont Perfume Store, Katargam, Valinath Chowk, Surat, Gujarat.

Salary

The remuneration ranges from ₹12,000 per month onwards, depending on experience.
