Primary Responsibilities

• Maintain flawless cleanliness of all serviceware, including chinaware, silverware, cooking utensils, pots, pans, and polishing silver items.
• Regularly check and organize supply and equipment levels to guarantee readiness for service.
• Carry out essential kitchen cleaning tasks such as mopping floors and removing waste materials.
• Assist in events by preparing and arranging clean serviceware for banquets and other functions.
• Strictly comply with hygiene and safety standards while managing hazardous substances responsibly.
• Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues promptly to supervisory staff.
• Provide guidance and training to new team members to enhance overall team expertise.
