Role Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and analytical individual for the full-time permanent role of State Pallet Controller, based in Canning Vale, Western Australia. This position plays a pivotal role in overseeing pallet management activities to ensure accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency across the state.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify and rectify pallet transaction records to uphold data accuracy and resolve any inconsistencies.
• Ensure adherence to national pallet management protocols and standards.
• Perform regular audits, stocktakes, and process evaluations to maintain data integrity.
• Provide training and ongoing support to teams on pallet control procedures.
• Analyze pallet data to detect trends, potential risks, and areas for process improvement.
• Work collaboratively with operations personnel and trading partners to enhance efficiency in pallet handling.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Strong organizational capabilities with effective problem-solving skills.
• Experience with pallet control systems and competency in utilizing reporting tools.
• Highly detail-oriented and analytical approach to work.
• Excellent communication abilities and skillful stakeholder management.
• Background in supply chain, logistics, or equipment control; pallet management experience is advantageous.
