Key accountabilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for software engineering, engineering leadership, and technical program management roles, covering the process from sourcing through offer acceptance.
- Create and run sourcing strategies that attract strong technical talent, including passive candidates.
- Work with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to clarify role needs, align on ideal candidate profiles, and provide timely hiring updates.
- Develop and sustain scalable talent pipelines through research, outreach, and recruiting tools.
- Partner with other recruiters to exchange market intelligence, coordinate hiring activity, and improve team productivity.
- Refine recruiting workflows, systems, and processes to deliver more consistent and effective hiring.
- Use applicant tracking systems, sourcing platforms, and AI-assisted recruiting tools to improve candidate discovery and engagement.
- Support a high-quality candidate experience through clear communication, careful coordination, and well-organized interviews.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with substantial experience hiring for technical positions.
- Strong track record of sourcing and engaging passive candidates through research, networking, outreach, and modern recruiting technology.
- Experience recruiting software engineers across backend, web, mobile, infrastructure, or similar technical areas.
- Ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and provide insight into market conditions, pipeline health, recruiting obstacles, and hiring progress.
- Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools such as Greenhouse, Gem, or comparable platforms.
- Comfort managing several open roles at once while staying highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Familiarity with AI-powered recruiting tools and openness to new technologies that improve sourcing and hiring workflows.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to perform well in a high-growth environment where priorities can change quickly.
