Job description
Role Mission
Join our expanding team as a strategic partner and consultant to leaders across the organization, devoted to enhancing the overall employee experience. You will serve as a trusted advisor and active contributor in evolving the employee relations function to find scalable solutions aligned with rapid organizational growth. Partner closely with the Employee Relations Director to embody and advocate our core principles, values, programs, and policies, fostering a diverse, global, and performance-focused work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise managers and people generalists on complex employee performance matters.
- Lead investigations by collecting and analyzing facts, applying company policies, regulations, and relevant legislation to determine outcomes.
- Collaborate with Employment Legal, Compliance, and other internal investigative teams as necessary.
- Document investigation results, manage cases using the case management system, and prepare disciplinary paperwork when required.
- Work closely with the People Partner team on investigations, disciplinary actions, and performance management processes.
- Establish and sustain productive relationships with Employee Representative Bodies to support organizational agility and responsiveness.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in employee relations.
- Extensive expertise in strategic partnership with managerial staff up to the Senior Director level.
- Strong multitasking abilities, capacity to handle ambiguity, influence decision-making, and collaborate effectively within teams.
- Proven skill in coaching and advising managers on complex employee matters.
- Hands-on experience conducting sensitive workplace investigations.
- Competency in mobilizing internal resources to develop solutions for emerging challenges.
- Experience engaging with Works Councils or Employee Representative Boards.
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory; a law degree or advanced studies in labor or industrial relations is preferred.
- Multilingual capabilities are considered an advantage.
