Role Overview

We invite driven spatial design experts to join our team, contributing creative and functional designs tailored for large-scale public environments. The Spatial Designer will craft engaging layouts that optimize user experience, accessibility, and passenger flow, while incorporating Arconas’ diverse product lines effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop innovative space plans that enhance circulation and capacity in transportation and public settings.
• Design interiors integrating Arconas products ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and standards.
• Create detailed floor plans, visual presentations, and design packages supporting client engagement and internal decision-making.
• Collaborate extensively with Sales, Product and Design, Marketing, Account Management, and client teams from concept through completion.
• Maintain accurate AutoCAD drawings, complete technical documentation, and manage CAD resources including libraries and drawing standards.
• Design effective trade show booth layouts and support product launches with compelling visual materials.
• Manage and update finish samples and material libraries.

Qualifications and Skills

• Degree or diploma in Interior Design or a closely related discipline.
• Two to four years of experience particularly in space planning or commercial interior design, with a preference for backgrounds in transportation, healthcare, or institutional projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp is essential; knowledge of Enscape, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and visualization software is advantageous.
• Strong spatial awareness combined with creative problem-solving capabilities.
• Exceptional visual communication, organizational skills, and the capacity to handle multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, customer-focused, and able to work collaboratively.
