Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly by name, making a positive first impression.
• Uphold high service standards following the company's Standard Operations Manual.
• Deliver professional quality massage and body therapies according to the Standard Training Manual.
• Maintain functionality and readiness of all treatment-related equipment at all times.
• Respond accurately to guest inquiries about services, explaining treatment benefits and advantages.
• Support demonstrations and special events as needed.
• Participate willingly in ongoing training and skill-refreshing programs.
• Keep the Therapist Log Book accurately updated.
• Complete tasks assigned by the spa manager or supervisor punctually and according to guidelines.
• Adapt effectively to any company-directed changes.

Candidate Qualifications

• Possession of an international certification in massage therapy.
• Minimum of two years experience as a therapist in a five-star resort spa setting.
• Effective communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
• Well-groomed with excellent personal hygiene standards.
• Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and possessing a positive mindset.
• Friendly and pleasant demeanor.
