Role Overview

This is an urgent opening for an experienced Solutions Architect to support a client in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on building and presenting complete technology solutions across AI and intelligent automation, digital transformation, IT operations and infrastructure, or cybersecurity.

The position blends solution architecture, technical advisory, and presales support. You will work closely with customers, sales teams, and technical experts to shape scalable, practical, and business-aligned solutions.

What You Will Do

• Create end-to-end solution architectures that align with customer business goals and technical needs.
• Work directly with customers to understand their pain points, expectations, and strategic priorities.
• Assist presales efforts through meetings, workshops, product or solution demonstrations, and technical conversations.
• Develop architecture documentation, technical proposals, statements of work, implementation plans, and scope definitions.
• Design and position solutions in areas such as AI and intelligent automation, digital transformation, IT operations and infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
• Offer technical direction and recommendations throughout the sales process.
• Deliver solution presentations and address technical as well as functional questions during proposal and bid activities.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and technology partners to shape competitive and innovative solutions.
• Assess new technologies and industry developments to strengthen the solution portfolio.
• Provide architectural guidance and technical support to delivery teams during implementation.

Required Background

The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in solution architecture, presales, or technical consulting, along with deep domain knowledge in at least one of the following: AI and intelligent automation, digital transformation, IT operations and infrastructure, or cybersecurity.

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, enterprise infrastructure, cybersecurity offerings, automation tools, and digital transformation programs is important. You should also be comfortable preparing technical proposals, designing solutions, and presenting to customers.

Eligibility
