Role overview
This one-year internship is part of IMDA’s Company-Led Training (CLT) initiative and is designed for early-career professionals within three years of graduating. In this role, you’ll support solution engineering activities by working with customers under guidance, observing stakeholder conversations, researching customer needs, and strengthening your understanding of Microsoft products and solutions.
You’ll also help contribute to technical wins by assisting with presentations, collaborating with peers, and building familiarity with internal resources, partner ecosystems, competing approaches, and product strategy informed by customer feedback.
Interns at Microsoft work on meaningful, real-world projects with teams around the world. The experience is intended to help you bring ideas to life while learning in a fast-paced environment built around innovation, collaboration, respect, integrity, and accountability.
Responsibilities
- Use customer feedback to better understand product direction, partner landscape, and competitive positioning.
- Adapt Microsoft’s messaging for different audiences and delivery situations.
- Deepen subject knowledge through learning materials and direct customer exposure.
- Support readiness activities and take part in technical community sessions and events.
- Interact with customers, observe stakeholder discussions, and help drive technical success with support from peers.
- Assist in product demonstrations and grow basic knowledge of reference architectures and other available resources.
Eligibility
This opportunity is open to candidates enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline. Applicants must be legally allowed to work in Singapore, meaning they should have citizenship or permanent residency. It is intended for fresh graduates within three years of graduation.

This internship runs for one year. The role is based in Singapore and is onsite.
