Role Overview

As a Software Engineering Lead, you will spearhead the development team responsible for creating, testing, deploying, and maintaining sophisticated software solutions primarily using .NET Core and React.js technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide the development team through the entire software lifecycle, ensuring robust application design and implementation.
• Work closely with various internal teams to gather and prioritize project requirements aligned with business objectives.

Job Requirements

• A minimum of 8 to 12 years of professional experience in software development focusing on .NET Core, React.js, and SQL technologies.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities to effectively manage and inspire a team of software developers.
• Consistent history of delivering high-standard software products within stipulated deadlines while fulfilling customer requirements.
