Key Responsibilities

• Generate content ideas and editorial plans for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social platforms.
• Write captions and texts for social media posts.
• Monitor trends and identify content opportunities.
• Assist in developing scripts for videos and strategic content.
• Collaborate with marketing, traffic, and design teams to ensure alignment of initiatives.
• Track basic performance metrics and recommend improvements.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Previous experience as a Social Media professional, Video Editor, or in related areas.
• Strong writing and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and digital content formats.
• Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Creative mindset to generate fresh ideas and solutions.
• Team player with collaborative spirit.
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Active CNPJ registration (contract under PJ model).

Compensation and Growth

Salary ranges from R$1500 to R$2200 monthly, dependent on experience and delivery quality. There is potential for professional advancement and salary increases based on performance.
