Social Media Manager

About the Role

Skyleaf Consultants is looking for an experienced Social Media & Content Manager to lead organic growth and audience engagement for portfolios in Beauty, Fashion, Luxury, and Skincare. This role is based in Mumbai and involves overseeing daily content creation, influencer partnerships, team leadership, and performance analytics to amplify brand visibility and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement content strategies and campaigns on platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube.
• Leverage viral trends to maximize reach and engagement; prepare monthly performance reports detailing reach, growth, and engagement.
• Identify and collaborate with content creators, handling negotiation and campaign briefing within allocated budgets, and monitor influencer campaign ROI.
• Manage the social media team by coordinating content schedules, leading creative brainstorming sessions, and synchronizing efforts with Brand and Category teams to meet core commercial objectives.

Candidate Requirements

• 7 to 9 years of experience in social media management, content strategy, and influencer marketing.
• Preferably experienced within E-commerce, Beauty, Fashion, or Luxury sectors.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate both paid and organic social media performance metrics.
• Demonstrated skills in team leadership and cross-departmental communication.
