Role Overview

Domino's UK & Ireland is seeking a dynamic Social Media Content Creator to join their Marketing team on a fixed-term contract until February 2027. This position is based in Milton Keynes, with a required office presence on Tuesdays. The creator will develop engaging, social-first content primarily for TikTok and Instagram, amplifying Domino's brand presence and fostering community growth through innovative and relevant storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce compelling video and visual content tailored to Domino's Instagram and TikTok platforms.
• Support content for CHICK ‘N’ DIP social channels.
• Manage all phases of content creation from filming and editing to publishing.
• Identify trending topics and act quickly on cultural moments for reactive content.
• Enhance PR campaigns through social media amplification.
• Track and analyze performance metrics on key social channels.
• Collaborate across teams in creative brainstorming and planning sessions.
• Assist with administrative tasks within the wider marketing team as needed.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in social media content creation and management with a demonstrable portfolio.
• Proficient filming and editing skills focused on short-form video content.
• Experienced with editing software such as CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, internet culture, and social trends including interests in football, gaming, TV, and entertainment.
• Exceptional storytelling ability and a creative eye for trends and visuals.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects efficiently in a hectic setting.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Good understanding of social media analytics and interpreting performance data.
• Familiarity with social media management tools like Sprout Social is advantageous.
