Position Overview
The Social Media Content Creator role at Dexian is a contract opportunity spanning an initial 5-month period with a potential for extension or transition into a full-time engagement. This remote position involves crafting innovative and engaging social media content aimed at increasing audience engagement and promoting the company's mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop compelling and shareable social media content that resonates with the target audience.
- Create engaging and entertaining content that aligns with and advances the company’s goals.
- Plan, script, produce, and film short-form videos tailored for various social media platforms.
- Lead large-scale campaigns, collaborating with content creators and managing scripted projects featuring animated characters.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years’ experience in social media management for brands, agencies, or organizations.
- Proven track record in growing social media followers and improving engagement metrics.
- Familiarity with paid social media campaigns and influencer collaborations is an advantage.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in video production, including expertise with in-app creator tools across social media platforms.
- Experience using video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere.
- Strong awareness of emerging social media trends, with the ability to act quickly to leverage relevant memes and trends.
