About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Skilled Foreman with over seven years of hands-on expertise in building construction to join our team in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh. This role involves leading construction projects by interpreting technical drawings and ensuring the smooth progress of works on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and comprehend construction blueprints, drawings, and detailed project requirements.
• Oversee and supervise construction operations, tracking progress closely.
• Develop work schedules and coordinate attendance of staff on site.
• Delegate tasks to construction workers and subcontractors based on project priorities.
• Ensure proper handling and operation of construction machinery, tools, and safety gear.
• Implement and monitor compliance with workplace safety guidelines while maintaining project timelines.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Advanced understanding of building construction methods, equipment, and processes.
• Minimum of seven years’ experience in building construction is essential.
• Good proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Applicants should be aged between 30 and 50 years.

Compensation

The monthly salary offered ranges from 35000 to 40000 INR.
