Overview

We are urgently looking to recruit a Site Engineer specialized in Huawei Microwave (MW), Wireless (WL), and Mobile Network (MN) technologies, based in Saudi Arabia. This role demands a hands-on expert who can oversee deployment and operational phases of telecom network projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage site activities related to Huawei MW/WL and mobile network projects.
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and field teams to ensure smooth execution.
Perform installation, integration, commissioning, and troubleshooting of Huawei XPD and MW/WL components.
Prepare detailed site documentation and reports while maintaining adherence to quality and Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) norms.

Requirements

At least 3 years of professional experience with Huawei Mobile Network, Microwave, and Wireless technology projects.
Proficient in Huawei XPD platform and practical experience in MW/WL deployment.
In-depth understanding of 4G and 5G telecom network rollout processes.
Management skills to oversee field operations and subcontracted personnel.
Possession of a valid Saudi Arabian driving license is a plus.
Immediate availability to join is strongly preferred.
Applicants must currently reside within Saudi Arabia to be eligible.
