Job Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all stages of interior fit-out project execution, ensuring successful completion.
• Analyze and collaborate on architectural drawings and interior design plans.
• Oversee construction activities onsite, maintaining quality standards, safety protocols, and adherence to project requirements.
• Work jointly with designers and architects to integrate technical practicality with the design vision and aesthetic elements.
• Track project timelines, progress metrics, and financial budgets to guarantee on-time completion.
• Carry out site inspections, troubleshoot technical challenges, and uphold structural and finishing quality standards.
• Generate reports, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and provide progress updates to project stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, with preference for a Master’s degree.
• Demonstrate verified experience managing interior fit-out projects in corporate, commercial, or residential sectors.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and finishing procedures.
• Aware of current architectural and interior design trends and capable of applying them to practical project solutions.
• Have between 3 to 7 years of relevant professional experience in interior design, construction, or associated fields.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and project management software like Microsoft Project or Primavera.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of sustainable and contemporary construction techniques.
• Experience collaborating with various disciplines including MEP, HVAC, contractors, and suppliers.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects concurrently.
