Site Civil Engineer

Role Overview

This position is for a Civil Handover Engineer based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is open only to Saudi nationals. The role focuses on civil project handover and closeout activities within construction environments.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering is required.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD, and document control or document management systems is expected.

Experience Profile

• Applicants should have 5 to 8 years of experience in construction and QA/QC-related work.
• At least 3 years of that background should be in project handover and closeout processes.
• Prior exposure to buildings, infrastructure, and public realm projects is an added advantage.

Handover and Closeout Documentation

• Preparing and reviewing civil operations and maintenance manuals.
• Developing warranty documentation.
• Creating maintenance schedules.
• Managing quality records and resolving snag items to closure.
• Maintaining asset registers.
• Compiling handover dossiers.
