This role involves ensuring cleanliness and operational support at the site to help our restaurant partners like Wagamama, Starbucks, Pho, and Gourmet Burger Company serve customers efficiently.

Role Details

Position: Site Associate (Cleaner / Kitchen Porter)
Location: Glasgow
Hours: Monday to Sunday, 5:00 PM to 11:30 PM (10 hours per week)
Pay: £13.25 per hour

Primary Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness by continuous cleaning during shifts and performing deep cleans of equipment weekly.
• Keep communal areas—including the staff room, bathrooms, and stock rooms—clean and up to health and safety standards.
• Support the management team by participating in regular safety and cleanliness checks to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist partners by keeping kitchen equipment clean and ready for use, including pot washing duties.
• Report to the Site Manager and management team on operational matters.

• Reliable and punctual team player with a commitment to going above and beyond in daily tasks.
• Capable of working independently while thriving in a team-oriented environment alongside our partners.
• Enjoys problem-solving and contributes ideas for improving daily operations.
• Experience as a Kitchen Porter or Cleaner is advantageous but not mandatory, as training will be provided.
