Overview

We are seeking an experienced Siebel Developer with 5 to 12 years of expertise in Siebel CRM development and maintenance. This permanent role allows remote working and requires candidates to be immediately available to join. Prior involvement in the Telecom domain is essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain applications within the Siebel CRM environment.
Perform configuration tasks for various Siebel CRM modules to meet business needs.
Create and support Siebel Open UI components along with custom scripting.
Manage and troubleshoot functionalities related to CRM Order Management, Customer Service Workbench (CSW), and Enterprise Application Integration (EAI).
Configure and support Workforce Management solutions, Partner Relationship Management (PRM), and Field Service modules.
Develop and maintain BI Publisher reports within Siebel.
Identify and resolve application-related issues efficiently.

Required Skills and Experience

Minimum of 5 to 12 years hands-on experience in Siebel CRM development and support.
Proficiency in Siebel configuration and administration.
Strong knowledge of Account and Contact management functionalities.
Experience with Assistant Agent Billing Care processes.
Expertise in Siebel CRM scripting and Open UI development.
Familiarity with CRM Order Management, CSW, and Enterprise Application Integration.
Hands-on experience in Siebel Workforce Management, PRM, Dealer Management, and Field Service modules.
Competence in developing BI Publisher reports.
Worked with Siebel versions 20.x and later.
Significant Telecom (Telco) domain experience is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of RODOD implementation practices is considered a plus.
