Shop Helper

Overview

Mangalkar Jewellers, located in Nagpur, Maharashtra, is seeking a dependable and diligent Shop Helper to support daily store operations.

Primary Duties

• Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness within the shop premises every day.
• Organizing counters, display units, and workspaces to ensure neatness.
• Assisting with general upkeep and routine tasks of the store.
• Carefully handling the packing and unpacking of jewellery items.
• Supporting staff by managing jewellery boxes, packaging needs, and stock transfers.
• Running errands in the local area such as collecting or delivering items when necessary.
• Contributing to other miscellaneous duties as required to facilitate smooth store functioning.

Candidate Profile

• Must have completed at least 10th grade.
• Proficiency in Hindi and Marathi is mandatory; basic English is advantageous.
• Integrity, punctuality, and a sense of responsibility are essential traits.
• Comfortable and careful in handling jewellery packaging materials.
• Ready to perform cleaning, maintenance, and outdoor errands as part of job responsibilities.

Compensation and Work Schedule

• Monthly pay ranges from ₹10,000 to ₹12,000.
• The shop operates Monday through Sunday with an additional ₹500 pay for Sundays worked.
• Work location is Mangalkar Jewellers, Gopal Nagar, 3rd Bus Stop, Nagpur.
