Role Summary
The Shift Incharge Supervisor - Production will be responsible for overseeing shift-wise production activities, managing manpower, ensuring product quality compliance, and driving continuous process enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan production activities and allocate workforce efficiently for each shift.
- Conduct regular checks on product parameters and process controls to maintain standards.
- Ensure strict adherence to defined quality specifications and guidelines.
- Implement process improvement initiatives and resolve issues through QC circle projects.
- Identify and eliminate defects in production processes to enhance output quality.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Textile Technology to be eligible for this role.
