Shift Incharge / Assistant Restaurant Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a committed Assistant Restaurant Manager and Shift Incharge to oversee daily operations within our establishment. This position requires at least two years of experience in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR), Food & Beverage, or Hospitality sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily functions of the restaurant ensuring efficiency and smooth operations.
• Drive and inspire the team towards meeting sales goals and delivering excellent service.
• Maintain stringent adherence to food safety, cleanliness, and brand quality standards.
• Address customer issues promptly to uphold high levels of guest satisfaction.
• Manage inventory control, supervise cash handling, and ensure compliance with operational procedures.
• Assist with hiring, staff training, and fostering team skill development.
• Adapt to working in alternating day and night shifts as required.
