Role Overview

Join NZ Post as a Service Delivery Coordinator at Mowbray Street, Dunedin, contributing to the efficient handling of parcel deliveries through seamless coordination among teams and resources. This fixed-term position of 12 months offers an hourly wage of $30.78, requiring excellent administrative skills and a proactive, hands-on approach to fostering a safe and high-performing work environment.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves close collaboration with the site Manager to coordinate everyday resource allocation without direct supervisory duties. You will act as the operational link connecting Couriers, Delivery Agents, Contract Posties, and Rural Delivery Contractors, ensuring optimal resourcing each day. Part of your responsibilities includes updating team members on changes, supporting their skill and career development, and assisting in managing site performance and workforce management.

Work Schedule

• Week 1: Tuesday to Friday from 6:00 am to 3:30 pm, Saturday from 6:00 am to 10:30 am
• Week 2: Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm
