Join Jym Corporation as a Service Assistant stationed at our Ather Service center in Chetla, Kolkata. You will play a key role in supporting customers with servicing and repair queries for Ather electric scooters while performing essential job work and operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers regarding servicing and repair of Ather electric scooters at the Chetla service center.
• Perform necessary job work related to vehicle maintenance and repair.
• Prepare billing documentation accurately.
• Manage inventory and ensure proper tracking and availability of parts.
• Utilize Salesforce DMS to open job cards and document service activities.
• Carry out general computer operations related to service center management.

Additional Information

The role requires hands-on involvement in customer support and backend service center activities to maintain smooth operations and high service efficiency.

Compensation

The remuneration offered ranges from 12000 to 14000 INR per month.
