Septic Designer

About the Role

Allto Construction is expanding and seeking a dedicated Septic Designer to join our team in Windsor, Ontario. This position involves comprehensive project involvement from site visits to the execution of septic design plans tailored to client needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and scope.
• Create detailed designs and prepare cost estimates for client presentations.
• Oversee project management to guarantee successful implementation.
• Liaise with clients to address their needs and resolve any arising issues.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain smooth workflow.
• Identify and address operational challenges to enhance processes continuously.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $125,000, dependent on experience.
• Eligibility for year-end performance bonuses.

Candidate Profile

• Graduation from college or university is required.
• Certified Engineering Technologist (CET) with proficiency in Bluebeam Revu, CAD, or related software tools.
• Preferably over three years of experience in excavation or construction sectors.
• Strong enthusiasm for the excavation/construction field and commitment to quality work.
• Keen to develop additional skills and tackle challenging projects.
• Possesses a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Previous management experience will be considered a plus.
• Background in customer service or sales is desirable.
