SEO Specialist

About the Role

DT7 Agency is seeking a motivated SEO Specialist to enhance search engine rankings, boost organic traffic, and support business growth by devising and implementing robust SEO strategies. This role requires someone who is analytical, data-focused, and keen to stay updated with the latest search engine developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute SEO strategies aimed at elevating organic search visibility and website effectiveness.
• Conduct comprehensive keyword research, analyze competitors, and identify new opportunities for growth.
• Optimize content, landing pages, metadata, URLs, and improve internal linking frameworks.
• Perform technical SEO audits and collaborate with development teams to address SEO-related issues.
• Monitor site crawlability, indexing status, Core Web Vitals, and overall health of the website.
• Implement backlink building and off-page SEO initiatives.
• Analyze and report SEO performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
• Work closely with content creators, designers, developers, and marketing teams to apply SEO best practices.
• Keep current with Google algorithm updates and emerging trends in SEO.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Between 2 to 5 years of direct SEO experience.
• Deep knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO techniques.
• Proficiency using SEO tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or equivalents.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, website infrastructure, and SEO implementation practices.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.

Additional Preferred Skills

• Experience with WordPress or other content management systems.
• Familiarity with Local SEO and International SEO approaches.
• Background in Content Optimization and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
• Basic knowledge of Google Ads and other digital marketing channels.
