Role Overview
TalentPop is hiring a remote SEO and growth-focused assistant who understands how search optimization drives measurable business outcomes, not only rankings. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-minded, and interested in using data to improve website performance and support organic growth.
This opportunity suits someone with practical SEO experience who wants to expand their skills in a fast-moving, fully remote environment.
Core Responsibilities
- Perform keyword research, SEO reviews, and on-page optimization work.
- Support content enhancements that improve search visibility and organic performance.
- Track website metrics through Google Analytics and other SEO tools.
- Assist with backlink outreach and keep link-building activity organized.
- Help maintain site architecture, product pages, and Shopify SEO changes.
- Review performance data and turn findings into clear, usable reports.
- Keep up with SEO developments and spot opportunities to improve results.
Experience and Requirements
- At least 1 year of hands-on SEO experience, ideally in eCommerce.
- Working knowledge of Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Excel.
- Solid grasp of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO basics.
- High attention to detail and accuracy when handling data.
- Good written communication skills and the ability to work with remote teams.
- Comfortable working independently and managing tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Bonus exposure to Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Merchant Center, or Canva.
Technical Setup
- Stable internet with at least 25 Mbps upload and download speed.
- Own laptop or PC with an i5 processor or an equivalent specification.
