Overview
This is a field-based sales position in County Galway for an experienced professional who can sell Vodafone home broadband and TV solutions directly to residential customers. The role sits with Kelco Communications, a Vodafone partner, and is designed for someone who is comfortable working independently, building trust quickly, and delivering consistent results in a target-led environment.
The position offers a basic salary of €34,000 plus uncapped commission, along with a company vehicle, fuel card, phone, and tablet. It follows a Monday to Friday schedule, with hours from 12:00 to 20:30, and includes weekly pay, healthcare support, wellbeing assistance, and opportunities for training and career growth.
Responsibilities
- Sell Vodafone broadband and TV packages face to face to residential customers in assigned areas.
- Proactively create new sales opportunities through direct field activity.
- Represent the Vodafone brand professionally and ensure a strong customer experience.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals on a consistent basis.
- Organize and manage your own territory to make the best use of available opportunities.
- Keep sales records accurate and report activity correctly.

Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone with prior door-to-door sales experience, a strong history of working in field sales, and the ability to consistently deliver against targets. The right candidate will communicate well, negotiate confidently, close sales effectively, and stay motivated in an independent, customer-facing role. A full, clean driving licence is required.
Working Hours
The role requires 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 12:00 to 20:30.
