Qualifications and Experience

  • Diploma or certification in Computer Engineering, IT, or Hardware Engineering.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in End User Computing, Desktop Support, or Technical Support roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS (Windows 10/11), iOS, and macOS.
  • Experience in OS Deployment (OSD), imaging, and application rollout.
  • Familiarity with Mobile Device Management solutions such as Microsoft Intune or Workspace ONE.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), and Group Policy management.
  • Proficiency supporting laptops, desktops, printers, peripherals, and mobile devices.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Wi-Fi.
  • Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow or BMC Remedy.
  • Knowledge of endpoint security tools and compliance procedures.
