  • Collaborate with the Product Owner to identify critical security and compliance needs, such as GDPR-sensitive data considerations, coordinating with internal subject matter experts and product teams to implement solutions.
  • Assume full system ownership of the SAP Payroll application, encompassing administration, maintenance, release and upgrade management, incident resolution, compliance adherence, and managing approved enhancements or projects.
  • Ensure payroll systems remain current with legal updates, release notes, and compliance guidelines relevant to country-specific regulations.
  • Provide application support addressing payroll and time & attendance issues in collaboration with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Advise technical teams including developers and testers on expected system behaviors to facilitate effective delivery of technical solutions.
  • Assist the Product Owner in shaping product strategy by eliciting and managing detailed business requirements, including defining features, user stories, and designing technology-enabled business use cases.
  • Offer guidance to business units on the technological, cost, and complexity implications of business process decisions to support informed choices.
  • Conduct functional testing of implemented solutions and technical upgrades to verify alignment with business requirements.
  • Coordinate configuration release management activities in accordance with established policies.
  • Create and maintain user guides and training materials; train power users, key users, and support teams to promote product adoption and effective maintenance.
  • Support the identification and implementation of automation opportunities to enhance process efficiency within product teams.
  • Develop and sustain comprehensive documentation detailing system architecture, configurations, integrations, processes, and bespoke developments.

Essential Requirements

  • Over 5 years' experience in SAP Payroll and Time & Attendance, preferably in a supply manufacturing setting.
  • Robust knowledge of SAP ERP systems, procurement workflows, and IT development methodologies.
  • Proven expertise in system integration, process automation, and change management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to interpret data and offer actionable insights.
  • Effective communication skills suitable for collaborations across multiple stakeholder levels.
  • Experience managing IT projects, especially within procurement or supply chain contexts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Coordination and facilitation experience is advantageous.
