Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned, confident, and goal-driven Sales Professional to join our expanding team in Kolkata. This role demands a strong background in B2B or industrial sales with a commitment to achieving targets and fostering client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new B2B leads and business opportunities.
• Respond to customer inquiries and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Promote and sell industrial machinery products.
• Manage leads sourced from IndiaMART and TradeIndia platforms.
• Prepare detailed quotations and engage in client negotiations.
• Organize and execute customer meetings and product demonstrations.
• Convert prospective leads into confirmed sales.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B or industrial sales.
• Exhibit excellent communication and negotiation capabilities.
• Strong skills in customer management and diligent follow-up.
• Highly target-oriented with self-motivation.
• Prior experience in machinery, packaging, or manufacturing sectors preferred.
• Willingness to travel for client engagements as needed.

Compensation and Growth
