Position Summary

The Senior Project Manager position is a full-time, on-site role based in the New York City Metropolitan Area, with an annual remuneration of $150,000. This role is responsible for managing all phases of projects related to branding, marketing, and content—from initial planning and resourcing to execution and delivery—ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and scope.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate efforts among internal creative and production teams to facilitate smooth project progression.
• Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Serve as the communication nexus with clients and stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns.
• Track and resolve any project issues or delays promptly.
• Optimize workflows and oversee approval processes to maintain efficiency.
• Supervise interactions with vendors and partners involved in project execution.
• Enforce quality standards for all project deliverables.
• Provide hands-on leadership and proactive problem-solving across multiple simultaneous projects.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with expediting techniques to accelerate project production and approvals.
• Skills in operations management, including logistics, resource allocation, and vendor coordination.
• Inspection and quality assurance experience ensuring products meet creative and technical criteria as well as client expectations.
• Previous experience managing creative, marketing, or branding projects within an agency or studio setting is preferred.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management capabilities to juggle various projects effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills for managing clients and internal teams.
• Ability to lead diverse teams, promote collaboration, and make decisions swiftly in a dynamic, on-site environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in disciplines such as Project Management, Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficient in project management software and tools; understanding of creative production workflows is an asset.
