Role overview
Cuttriss Consultants Ltd. is looking for a Senior Planner to join its Kapiti Coast office. The position is available on both full-time and part-time bases, with a preference for someone who has prior resource consent experience. The role is suited to a planning professional who is motivated by land development and interested in helping shape the positive growth of the Wellington region.
You’ll be part of a friendly, collaborative team and contribute to a varied portfolio of work across the greater Wellington region. Projects may include major land development, community-focused initiatives, and infrastructure assignments.
Key work areas
The role includes supporting urban design input, working with a range of stakeholders, and overseeing the resource consenting process from initial application preparation through to decision. There may also be opportunities to process resource consents directly.

Required background
