Role Overview

The Production Associate II (Senior Operator) plays a vital role in executing production operations following Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards, quality protocols, and 5S methodologies. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, this position is based onsite in Benoi Sector, Singapore, within the production operations team, contributing to seamless manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute production tasks adhering strictly to EHS, quality regulations, company policies, and 5S standards.
• Operate machinery and equipment precisely within specified parameters, ensuring availability of all necessary materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and assigned project tasks.
• Engage with team members daily, providing training to new personnel and conducting initial troubleshooting of equipment as needed.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possess at least a NITEC diploma with minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience, or a Diploma holder with at least 1 year relevant experience preferred; alternatively, secondary education with 5 or more years’ manufacturing experience will be considered.
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate within a team environment.
• Flexible to work rotating shifts of 12 hours per rotation.
• Physically able to occasionally lift or carry items weighing up to 20kg.

Additional Advantageous Skills

• Experience working in cleanroom manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems specific to manufacturing operations.
