Senior Officer/Executive - Store & Logistics

Join Shavish Group, a leading company based in Pune, as a Senior Officer/Executive specializing in Store and Logistics management. This role focuses on overseeing inventory, compliance, material documentation, and ensuring seamless coordination across various departments to support production and dispatch operations.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and compliant preparation of Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs), invoices (export and domestic), ARE, and GSP documentation, maintaining error-free records for audits
• Manage timely issuance and reconciliation of materials to subcontractors, including preparation of challans and verification of stock movements
• Supervise receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials, consumables, and finished goods via SAP, ensuring stock accuracy and periodic reconciliation
• Coordinate scrap disposal, supplier returns, and customer returns activities
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Production Planning & Control (PPC), Engineering, Purchase, and Marketing teams to ensure material availability aligns with operational needs
• Plan and execute daily material requirements to meet production and dispatch goals, ensuring timely packing and dispatch of finished goods to meet customer expectations
• Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports on stock, sales, packing, and spares, providing actionable insights for decision making
• Analyze stock to identify slow-moving or non-moving items for liquidation and cost optimization
• Manage logistics and transportation arrangements per Incoterms for domestic and export shipments, negotiating with transporters to ensure timely, safe, and cost-effective delivery
• Maintain comprehensive spare parts records ensuring availability for aftersales support and internal operations, including stock monitoring and replenishment planning

Technical Skills and Knowledge

• Familiarity with ISO 9001:2008 standards and Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) protocols
• Understanding of CERA audit procedures related to GST, Central Excise, and Revenue Audit
• Knowledge of DEPB and EPCG schemes
• Experience implementing inventory methodologies such as FIFO, JIT, KANBAN, 5S, KAIZEN, and lean supply chain concepts
• Competent in database management

Eligibility

Applicants with degrees in B.Com (Business Analytics), B.B.A., or B.M.S. with a focus on Business Analytics or Supply Chain Management are eligible to apply.
