Senior Manager - Operations and Supply Chain

About the Role

A prominent player in the logistics and distribution sector is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead operations and supply chain functions, driving strategic initiatives and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and structure internal organization to align with company policies, goals, and deadlines with accuracy and effectiveness.
• Manage daily warehouse distribution operations, ensuring customer satisfaction for both internal departments and external clients beyond expectations.
• Serve as the key liaison with external vendors and service partners responsible for picking, transporting, unpacking, and labeling.
• Analyze operational workflows to detect inefficiencies and implement improvements aimed at cost reduction, productivity enhancement, and profit and loss optimization.
• Administer inventory control in accordance with strict company guidelines, while maintaining world-class workplace health and safety standards.
• Provide leadership by mentoring and coaching team members, optimizing workload distribution to consistently meet objectives.

Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Warehouse Management, Operations Management, or a closely related discipline.
• Have 3 to 5 years of professional experience within fast-paced warehouse or distribution settings.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of inventory control systems, transportation logistics, warehouse automation technologies, and financial management including profit and loss responsibilities.
• Exhibit a commanding presence with excellent coaching and conflict resolution capabilities.
• Maintain a results-oriented attitude, adaptability to evolving circumstances, and a strong dedication to quality support and service delivery.
