Senior Interior Designer

Role Overview

We are on the lookout for a seasoned Senior Interior Designer with at least four years of experience to spearhead and deliver complete turnkey luxury interior projects for residential homes. This position demands a sophisticated design eye, comprehensive technical knowledge, and the capability to independently lead premium projects from initial concept through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct turnkey luxury interior projects, managing everything from entire home design and space planning to material selection and execution supervision.
• Devise elegant design concepts tailored to bespoke wardrobes, kitchens, partitions, and customized furniture that reflect client lifestyles and project aspirations.
• Produce detailed technical drawings alongside photorealistic 3D visualizations to ensure unmistakable clarity for clients and the execution teams.
• Work closely with sales, production, and execution teams while expertly advising clients on design choices and material options.
• Guarantee flawless project completion by supervising vendors and onsite teams, upholding quality standards and client satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a relevant discipline.
• Minimum of four years’ practical experience specializing in residential interiors, preferably within the luxury or premium segment.
• Advanced skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Enscape, V-Ray, and similar design software.
• Exceptional design sensibility with a keen attention to detail, materials, and spatial aesthetics.
• The ability to interpret client needs and convert them into sophisticated premium interior solutions, supported by strong presentation and communication abilities.
• Proven track record of independently managing end-to-end residential interior projects.
