Senior Field Sales Executive

Role overview

This position focuses on expanding merchant adoption for BharatPe by visiting businesses in person, introducing payment products, and closing new sign-ups. The role is based in Chandigarh, Chandigarh, India.

Key responsibilities

You will work in the field to bring new merchants onto the platform, explain BharatPe’s payment offerings, maintain strong business relationships, and work toward monthly sales goals.

• Identify and acquire new merchant customers through on-ground sales activity.
• Present and promote BharatPe payment solutions, including QR, POS, and UPI.
• Develop and nurture customer relationships to support retention and repeat business.
• Meet assigned sales targets through regular field visits and active follow-up.

Compensation

The listed pay is INR 18,000 to 35,000 per month.
