Role Summary
The Campus Consultant is tasked with overseeing the complete process related to campus recruitment and early career initiatives at Godrej Properties. This involves strategizing and executing large-scale hiring drives on campuses, fostering relationships with numerous academic institutions, managing training cohorts, and implementing learning and retention plans to ensure an engaging experience for new hires.
Key Responsibilities
- Devise and deploy effective campus recruiting plans aligned with company talent needs and objectives.
- Keep updated with latest trends, techniques, and innovations in campus hiring to boost recruitment success.
- Work closely with hiring leads to ascertain talent requirements and formulate focused hiring agendas.
- Establish and maintain strong connections with over 70 academic campuses, including placement teams, faculty, and student bodies.
- Organize and lead campus engagement programs, pre-placement activities, and employer branding events to enhance organizational visibility among students.
- Collaborate with branding and communications teams to create engaging digital and social media content that promotes the campus initiatives and trainee experiences.
- Manage candidate selection activities such as interviews, assessments, and evaluations for identifying promising talent.
- Take ownership as Program Manager for trainee groups exceeding 300 students, facilitating structured onboarding, engagement, and growth processes.
- Administer the full trainee lifecycle from offers and induction through performance reviews, learning interventions, and retention efforts.
- Coordinate trainee evaluations and ensure effective feedback mechanisms with mentors and managers.
- Support the formulation and execution of early career learning strategies aligned with organizational and trainee goals.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports tracking key metrics like recruitment progress, conversion rates, and program effectiveness.
- Analyze recruitment and trainee data to spot trends, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights.
- Communicate findings and strategic recommendations to enhance recruitment and development operations.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's, Master's, or MBA degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related fields.
- Experience in campus recruitment, human resource operations, or talent management is preferred.
- Familiarity with Data Analytics is advantageous.
- Strong skills in MS Excel, Power BI, Google Sheets, and other data analysis tools are expected.
