Role Summary

We seek a dynamic and results-driven Senior Executive or Assistant Manager in HR, specializing in Training & Development. The individual will be pivotal in recognizing training requirements, organizing learning and development programs, managing employee induction and onboarding, and ensuring adherence to legal training obligations.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and identify training requirements through collaboration with department heads, managerial feedback, and performance appraisal outcomes.
• Design and implement comprehensive training schedules aligned with both organizational goals and employee growth plans.
• Organize a variety of programs spanning technical skills, behavioral competencies, communication, leadership, and management development.
• Manage and facilitate induction and onboarding processes for new hires, including HR policy introductions, company conduct, benefits, attendance, leave protocols, POSH practices, and other essential policies.
• Coordinate with respective departments for functional and team-specific inductions.
• Administer POSH compliance by driving awareness sessions, training schedules, and managing the Internal Committee meetings and documentation with strict confidentiality.
• Promote and organize employee engagement initiatives aimed at enhancing workplace morale, fostering a healthy organizational culture, and supporting employee wellness activities.
• Gather and analyze employee feedback to inform engagement strategies and prepare related reports.
