Job Objective

The role aims to offer expert advice to students seeking to pursue education abroad through an empaneled group of overseas universities.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with pre-registered users on Shiksha.com including students and parents to assess their requirements relating to courses, countries, durations, fees, and other criteria for overseas education.
• Convert potential online leads from the study abroad section into confirmed admissions at partner universities via virtual communication modes such as calls, Skype, and WhatsApp.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with students, educational institutions, universities, and their representatives.
• Provide expert guidance on selecting partner universities based on student profiles and manage associated documentation and visa processing procedures.
• Maintain regular reports detailing progress on student conversions and achievement of targets.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Graduation or postgraduate degree.
• Proven experience (2 to 5 years) in international or overseas education counselling.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Sales skills with a focus on achieving targets.
• Competence in documentation and customer engagement.
