Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Content Writer skilled in SaaS to join our Chennai office. The ideal candidate will produce SEO-focused content across various digital platforms including blogs, landing pages, websites, product descriptions, case studies, and email marketing campaigns. Strong communication is essential, with preference given to immediate joiners.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop SEO-rich content tailored for blog posts, landing pages, website sections, product features, case studies, email outreach, and social media.
• Perform keyword research, assess competitor content, and strategize content based on user search intent.
• Enhance current website content to boost search engine rankings, improve readability, and enhance user experience.
• Craft impactful meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, and call-to-actions.
• Convert complex technical product details into clear, accessible language targeted at customers.
• Work closely with SEO, marketing, product development, design, and sales teams to ensure content alignment.
• Edit and proofread all content to maintain high quality standards prior to publication.
• Keep abreast of the latest trends in SEO and content marketing strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• At least 6 years of professional content writing experience, particularly in domains like Software, SaaS, HR Technology, FinTech, ERP, CRM, Payroll, or Accounting Software.
• Exceptional English language skills, including writing, editing, and proofreading.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research tools, user search intent, and on-page optimization techniques.
• Demonstrated experience creating blogs, landing pages, websites, and product-centric content.
• Excellent research abilities and analytical thinking.
• Familiarity with platforms and tools such as WordPress, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics 4.
• Capacity to handle multiple projects efficiently and meet deadlines consistently.
