Senior Consultant - Leadership Development

About the Role

We are partnering with a global strategy implementation consulting firm that transforms clients' strategies into tangible outcomes by emphasizing the people aspect of strategy. The firm creates engaging, impactful experiences that significantly influence individuals and their careers, inspiring innovative thinking, building essential capabilities, and driving business success. Currently, there are one or two openings in the UK for experienced Consultants to join their Leadership practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leaders from leading global corporations (Global 100 and 500) to understand their business and strategies, helping to shape senior management leadership capabilities to empower exceptional performance.
• Identify strategic business opportunities, convert these into sales by assessing client needs, leveraging available solutions, crafting proposals, and effectively communicating offerings.
• Design and develop innovative leadership solutions independently or in teams, tailoring programs to clients’ unique contexts with scalability for global delivery.
• Facilitate engaging, interactive, and authentic leadership programs for global audiences to position the firm as a market leader.
• Lead internal client teams, taking accountability for their learning and professional development.

The role involves handling multiple projects simultaneously across various industries and teams, predominantly virtual work with significant travel requirements, potentially around 30% of the time. Additional responsibilities include interviewing leaders, conducting research and analysis, and testing programs.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proven expertise in designing, developing, and delivering leadership development solutions for diverse audiences.
• Experience in business development and managing client relationships with a consultative sales approach.
• Strong presentation and facilitation abilities in both virtual and in-person settings.
• Capability to produce and share thought leadership on the human side of strategy, fostering deep client engagement.
• Adaptable to technological advancements and able to design and deliver high-quality learning experiences efficiently at scale.
• Collaborative approach with skills to develop team members through constructive feedback.
• Solid business acumen and executive presence.
