Senior Boomi Integration Developer

Role overview

Capgemini is hiring an experienced Boomi Integration Developer to support a managed services platform. This position focuses on building, improving, and maintaining integration workflows that run inside a SaaS environment.

What you will do

• Build, enhance, and maintain integration flows in Boomi for the UKG/Kronos platform.
• Investigate and resolve incidents, defects, and production issues through debugging and troubleshooting.
• Deliver requested enhancements and configuration changes for existing integration workflows.
• Partner with functional stakeholders to understand business processes such as timekeeping, scheduling, and payroll integrations.
• Support high-volume month-end activity while helping keep operations stable.
• Work within service levels and follow a managed services support model.

Skills and experience needed

The role calls for strong hands-on experience with Boomi AtomSphere, including integration processes, APIs, connectors, and data handling. Candidates should also be comfortable with integration design patterns, REST and SOAP services, support-led environments, and incident/problem/change management practices aligned with ITIL. Exposure to SaaS integrations is useful, and familiarity with GCP or other cloud-hosted environments is an added advantage.

Experience requirement

Applicants should have 6 to 9 years of overall experience, including at least 3 years working specifically with Boomi.
