Senior Accounts Executive

Position Overview

We are looking to hire a Senior Accounts Executive to join SV Employment Service in Mumbai. The role is ideal for candidates with a graduate degree seeking to manage critical accounting functions and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue debit and credit notes to clients and vendors to maintain accurate financial records.
• Oversee petty cash management, ensuring appropriate handling and documentation.
• Conduct monthly physical stock audits to verify inventory accuracy.
• Compile detailed monthly reports on Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) and Tax Collected at Source (TCS) for proper accounting.
• Manage quarterly issuance of Form 16, TDS 16A, and TCS certificates to relevant parties in compliance with regulations.
• Handle statutory tax payments including TDS, Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), and Profession Tax in a timely manner.

Candidate Requirements

• Must hold a graduate degree in any discipline.

Compensation Details

The position offers an annual salary range from 400000 to 550000 INR based on experience and qualifications.
