Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily security operations across the hotel premises to ensure safety and compliance.
• Establish and enforce security policies, procedures, and protocols throughout the facility.
• Perform consistent security patrols to detect and mitigate potential threats or risks.
• Design and apply crisis management strategies and emergency response plans.
• Collaborate with local authorities, emergency responders, and key stakeholders during critical situations.
• Organize regular training and drills for the security staff to maintain high levels of readiness.
• Operate CCTV and other surveillance technologies to monitor the hotel grounds effectively.
• Keep detailed and accurate documentation of all security-related events and activities.
• Oversee access control systems ensuring secure entry points and authorized access.
• Manage issuance and monitoring of access cards for employees, tenants, and approved visitors.
• Evaluate and approve necessary work permits, including hot work, impairment, and working at height permits, ensuring adherence to safety and security standards.
• Work in partnership with internal departments, tenants, and external collaborators to continuously improve the hotel's security measures.
