SAP SuccessFactors Consultant - Pan India

Job Overview

This role requires a skilled SAP SuccessFactors consultant to engage with HR teams and tailor SAP SuccessFactors modules to meet business demands. The position involves full-cycle implementation projects across India, including configuring, testing, and supporting the platform integration with other enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and interpret HR business requirements from stakeholder interactions.
• Customize and configure SAP SuccessFactors functionalities based on organizational needs.
• Engage actively throughout implementation phases, including rollout and upgrades.
• Set up workflows, business rules, role-based permissions, and security parameters.
• Conduct thorough system testing, assist in user acceptance testing, and oversee deployment to production.
• Address and resolve configuration and functional issues promptly.
• Maintain integration continuity with SAP S/4HANA, SAP HCM, relevant third-party applications, and payroll software.
• Develop detailed functional specifications, process guides, and user training documents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal solution delivery.
• Manage updates related to quarterly SAP SuccessFactors releases and implement enhancements.

Candidate Requirements

• Hold a minimum qualification of any graduate degree.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors modules including Compensation, Employee Central, and Performance Management.
• Experience in configuring workflows and role-based permissions in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Ability to troubleshoot functionality and integration challenges involving SAP and third-party systems.
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with business and technical teams.

Additional Information

Salary range offered is between 1,500,000 to 2,500,000 INR annually. The position is based in Hyderabad, India, with potential responsibilities covering a pan-India scope.
