Role Overview

We are seeking a professional with expertise in SAP Order to Cash (OTC) and Sales and Distribution (SD) modules to efficiently handle end-to-end customer order management processes. This role is based in Chennai, India, and involves close collaboration with sales teams to ensure seamless order processing and fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of customer orders, from initial creation through to final delivery, utilizing SAP OTC/SD modules.
• Work closely with the sales department to coordinate order processing and strategize delivery schedules for optimal efficiency.
